Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you (“you,” “your”) and Pexels360 Solutions LLP (“we,” “us,” “our”), a limited liability partnership registered in Goa, India under Reg. No. AAP-2298, operating the myFTBA service at myftba.com.

Acceptance

By accessing or using myFTBA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

You also agree to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Eligibility

You may use myFTBA only if:

• ·You are at least 16 years old.
• ·You can form a legally binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• ·You are not located in a country subject to a Government of India embargo, or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country.
• ·You have not been previously suspended or removed from myFTBA.

Your account

You can use myFTBA without an account to take a free trial check-in. To save check-ins and access patterns, you need an account.

Your account is created using your email address and authenticated with one-time codes. You are responsible for:

• ·Providing accurate and current information.
• ·Keeping your email account secure (since access to your email = access to myFTBA).
• ·All activity that happens under your account.
• ·Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

What myFTBA is (and isn't)

myFTBA is: a self-reflection and pattern-recognition tool that lets you measure your inner state across four dimensions (Feelings, Thoughts, Beliefs, Actions) and view the resulting patterns across time.

myFTBA is not:

• ·Therapy, counseling, or any form of mental health treatment.
• ·Medical advice or a substitute for medical care.
• ·A diagnostic tool for any condition (mental, emotional, or physical).
• ·A guarantee that any specific outcome (alignment, manifestation, life change) will result from using it.
• ·A crisis intervention service.

If you are dealing with serious mental health concerns, please work with a licensed professional. myFTBA can complement professional care but does not replace it.

Plans and payment

myFTBA offers two paid plans:

• ·30-day plan: ₹1,499 / $16.99 — grants access for 30 days from purchase.
• ·90-day plan: ₹2,998 / $33.98 — grants access for 90 days from purchase.

Each plan is a one-time purchase. We do not auto-renew. When your plan ends, your access pauses until you choose to purchase another plan.

Pricing is fixed in INR for Indian users (charged via PayU) and in USD for international users (charged via PayPal). Currency is detected from your IP address at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases. Existing purchases are honored at the price you paid for the duration you paid for.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Briefly: full refunds within 7 days of purchase, pro-rated refunds within 30 days under certain conditions, no refunds after substantial use of the product. Read the full policy for details.

Acceptable use

When using myFTBA, you agree NOT to:

• ·Create multiple accounts to circumvent free trial limits or refund policies.
• ·Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others (including via shared reading links).
• ·Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code.
• ·Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access myFTBA without our permission.
• ·Bypass rate limits, attempt to overload the service, or exploit security vulnerabilities.
• ·Use the service for any illegal activity or in violation of any applicable law.
• ·Resell or redistribute access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Your content

Your check-in answers and any text you enter (notes, etc.) are your content. You retain full ownership.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely to provide the service to you (storing it, displaying it back to you, computing patterns from it, sending you reminders).

When you create a shared reading link, you grant view-only access to anyone who has the link, until the 100-day expiry. We do not display your content to anyone outside what you explicitly share.

Our intellectual property

The myFTBA name, logo, design system, the FTBA framework, the archetype system, all written content on the site, and the software powering the service are owned by Pexels360 Solutions LLP and protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

myFTBA is provided “as is”without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don’t guarantee that:

• ·The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• ·The data, metrics, or insights will be accurate, reliable, or applicable to your specific situation.
• ·Using myFTBA will produce any specific outcome in your life (financial, emotional, relational, or otherwise).

Your use of the service is at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on what myFTBA shows you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pexels360 Solutions LLP shall not be liable for:

• ·Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• ·Lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility.
• ·Any consequences arising from your reliance on FTBA readings or pattern reports.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000 (whichever is greater).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pexels360 Solutions LLP, its officers, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

Termination

You can stop using myFTBA at any time.Simply stop logging in. Letting your plan expire is automatic — there’s no cancellation step required.

To delete your account permanently, email hello@myftba.com from your account email.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your use of the service threatens the system or other users, or if required by law. We will give reasonable notice unless the violation is severe.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of myFTBA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.

Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by direct communication for at least 30 days.

Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pexels360 Solutions LLP regarding myFTBA, superseding any prior agreements.
